This linking process simplifies the work flow and makes it easier to connect one note to another, meaning you never waste time searching for notes, this helps you reach a ‘flow state’ as you quickly move from one task to another. Another clever trick Matthias demonstrated is the linking of other notes within Evernote. So when he is working in one role he can find all the information and to do lists that are associated with that role.
